Sea Serpent Hatchery starts with a single egg: tap it a few times to crack it open and meet your serpent. From there, Feed and Play work like a classic virtual pet, hunger and happiness bars that drift down slowly over real elapsed time between visits, not just while the page is open.
Every successful Feed or Play also earns a small amount of permanent growth that never goes back down. Cross a growth threshold and your serpent evolves, from a small Hatchling, to a Young Serpent, to a fully grown Elder Sea Serpent, each stage with its own look. Reaching the final stage doesn't end anything either, you can keep feeding and playing indefinitely.
