A trivia game show made for kids
Kids Trivia Arena is a free trivia quiz that feels like being on a TV game show. The stage lights sweep, the question appears, and a timer bar starts shrinking. Pick from four answers before time runs out. Every round is ten questions from one category, and each answer is followed by a Did you know? fact, like how a blue whale's heart is about the size of a small car, or how babies are born with around 300 bones. Kids learn something from every question, whether they got it right or not.
Two classic game-show lifelines add strategy. The 50:50 removes two wrong answers, and Ask the Crowd shows a bar chart of how an imaginary audience voted, which is usually right but not always. Each lifeline can be used once per round, so they're worth saving for the hard ones. Faster answers earn more points, streaks add a bonus, and running out of time simply reveals the answer. At the end of the round, five correct answers earn a bronze trophy, seven earn silver, and nine or ten earn gold, with a best score saved for every category.
Seven categories of kid-friendly trivia
The questions cover Animals, Space, Earth and Weather, the Human Body, Geography, and Science and Inventions, plus a Mixed Championship that pulls from every category with a faster 15-second clock. They are written for elementary and middle school kids and stick to well-established facts: which planet is the Red Planet, how many chambers the heart has, which ocean is the largest, and what a baby kangaroo is called. Wrong answers are believable, so kids have to think rather than guess.
Correct answers earn brain points, and brain points unlock new stages: Neon Stage, Retro Show, Space Station, Jungle Arena, and the Golden Gala. The Read button reads the question and answers aloud. Kids Trivia Arena is free, works in the browser on computers, tablets, and phones with touch, mouse, or keyboard, needs no download or account, and saves progress only in your own browser. See the Parents & Safety page for privacy details, or play more in the Brain & Trivia Games hub.
