AnonArcade has two kinds of plane games: real-time 3D flight simulators where you fly the plane yourself, and quick arcade plane games. Each one is a different style of flying, not a reskin of the same idea.
The 3D games are Sky Pilot 3D, a flight simulator with lessons, a ring race and three island airports; Perfect Landing Pro, 15 landing challenges with crosswinds, fog and night runways; RC Plane Flyer, a radio-control model flown from the pilot box; and Stunt Plane Academy, where you learn loops and rolls and then fly an airshow. For the helicopter and flying car games too, see Flight Simulator Games.
The arcade games all share one aircraft renderer, a real top-down plane shape with wings, a tail, a cockpit window and red and green wingtip lights.
Plane Skimmer is the reflex-driven one: hold to climb, release to glide, and thread the gap in each scrolling cloud bank while collecting stars, an endless run that gets a little faster and a little tighter the longer you last. Flight Tower is the slow, thinking one: colored planes fly in from the edges of the airspace, and you draw a flight path for each one to guide it to the runway that matches its color, all while keeping planes from flying too close to each other as the airspace gets busier. Sky Rally is the racing one: steer left and right through glowing ring gates across 3 fixed courses, dodge storm clouds, and grab boost stars, racing your own best time on each course.
The 3 arcade games are forgiving by design: a mistake costs a heart, not the run, and only running out of hearts ends things early. Like every game here, they're completely free with no download and no account, work with a mouse, touchscreen, or keyboard, and save your progress only in your own browser. How many plane games does AnonArcade have?
7: four 3D flight simulators (Sky Pilot 3D, Perfect Landing Pro, RC Plane Flyer and Stunt Plane Academy) and three arcade games (an endless glider, an air traffic control puzzle and a plane racing time trial). The Flight Simulator Games page adds a rescue helicopter and a flying car.
Do these plane games have real aircraft graphics?
Yes. The 3D games have full 3D aircraft with spinning propellers, seen from chase or cockpit cameras. The arcade games share a real top-down plane shape with wings, a tail, a cockpit window and wingtip lights.
