Falling-word typing practice with real arcade pace
Typing Ninja Blitz is a falling-word typing game for kids built around one fast, satisfying loop: words drift down the screen, and typing the first letter of any of them locks your focus onto it, with the rest of the word highlighting green as you type it correctly. Finish the word before it reaches the ground and it's sliced clean out of the air with a quick chime; miss it and it just fades away, resetting your streak but never ending the game.
Four tiers change the vocabulary and the pace. Tier 1 uses short, familiar words for a comfortable starting speed. Tier 2 moves to medium-length words that ask for a bit more accuracy under pressure. Tier 3 brings in longer, trickier words and a faster fall. Tier 4, Numbers & Symbols, swaps letters for short number sequences, good targeted practice for the number row once the letter tiers feel easy.
Every slice adds to your streak, and every few slices earns a star, so there is a real sense of momentum alongside the arcade pressure. Typing Ninja Blitz is free, works with any keyboard, needs no download or account, and saves your best streak locally in your own browser, which also makes it school-safe on a shared classroom Chromebook.
