🎳 Bowling Alley

Lock the swinging meter dead center to strike the whole rack across 10 rolls.

The same meter mechanic, aimed sideways instead of timed

Bowling Alley reuses the oscillating-meter mechanic from Kick It Court, but instead of timing a vertical power meter, you're locking a side-to-side meter that controls where your ball lands across the pin deck. Land it dead center and the whole triangle of 10 pins goes down for a strike; land it off to one side and only the pins within reach fall.

This is a deliberately simplified take on scoring, not full ten-pin rules: each of the 10 rolls gets a completely fresh rack rather than carrying pins (or bonus points) across frames, so there's no spare/split bookkeeping to track, just read the meter and land it. Each pin is worth a point, and a strike adds a flat 10-point bonus on top. Keep a strike streak going and the forgiving knock radius shrinks slightly each time, so a long streak asks for tighter and tighter precision.

Works with mouse, touch, or keyboard (Space or Enter to lock), no download or account needed, and your best score saves automatically in your own browser. For the same meter mechanic used as a soccer power kick instead, try Kick It Court, or browse the rest of the lineup on the Sports Games hub.

Frequently asked questions

How do I bowl a strike?

Click, tap, or press Space/Enter to lock the side-to-side meter as close to dead center as you can. A perfectly centered lock knocks down all 10 pins for a strike bonus.

Is this real ten-pin bowling scoring?

It's simplified on purpose: each of the 10 rolls resets to a fresh rack of 10 pins rather than tracking frames, spares, or a 10th-frame extra roll, so the skill stays purely about landing the meter, not scorekeeping.

How is the score calculated?

Each pin knocked down is 1 point, and a strike (all 10 pins) adds a flat 10-point bonus on top. Your total after 10 rolls is your score.

Is Bowling Alley free with no account needed?

Yes. It's free with no download and no account, and your best score saves only in your own browser.
