🏍️ Moto Xtreme Stunts
30 stunt courses: jump, loop, flip and beat the clock.
How to play
- Pick a level. Level 1 is open straight away, and finishing a level opens the next one.
- Hold the up arrow or W (or the green ▶ button on a touchscreen) to ride. The clock starts when you first press gas.
- Press the down arrow or S to brake. Braking is how you time wrecking balls, spinning bars and moving platforms.
- Use the left and right arrows, or A and D, to lean back and forward. On the ground leaning back lifts the front wheel; in the air it spins the bike.
- Land on both wheels. If your helmet touches the ground or a hazard, you crash and restart from the last checkpoint flag.
- Spin a full backflip or frontflip in the air to take one second off your time.
- Reach the chequered finish arch. Fast times earn up to three stars, and stars unlock new bikes.
A stunt bike game with real physics
Moto Xtreme Stunts is a free motorcycle stunt game you play right in your web browser. You ride a dirt bike from left to right through crazy obstacle courses, and your only goal is to reach the finish line as fast as you can without crashing. It sounds simple, but every course is packed with ramps, gaps, loops and traps, and the bike behaves like a real one. The suspension squashes when you land, the back wheel spins and kicks up dirt when you open the throttle, and the whole bike tips and rotates when you lean. Ride too slowly and you will not clear a jump. Ride too fast and you may fly straight past the landing. Finding the right speed is half the fun.
If you enjoy games like Moto X3M, Trial Mania or other cool stunt bike games, you will feel at home straight away. The controls are the classic ones: gas, brake and lean. What makes Moto Xtreme Stunts different is the attention to detail. The rider moves on the bike, leaning back when you lean back and crouching over the bars when you lean forward. The engine sound rises and falls with the revs and changes gear as you speed up. The camera looks ahead in the direction you are going and zooms out when you are flying fast, so you can always see the next jump coming.
30 levels in five worlds
The courses are grouped into five worlds that get harder as you go. The Desert world teaches the basics: hills, small kickers, rolling bumps, your first gaps and your first TNT barrels. The Canyon world brings in things that move: rickety wooden bridges that collapse a moment after you touch them, huge wrecking balls swinging across the track, steps and stairs, spinning bars that act as a bridge only when they are level, and a double loop. The Forest world is all about crates, springs, tall pillars and moving planks over deep water. The City world sends you leaping between rooftops over spike pits, through a construction zone and down a boost highway with gigantic jumps. Finally, the Neon Night world mixes everything together in the hardest courses of all, ending with Xtreme Master.
Every level is built from stunt sections that we tested again and again with a riding robot, so you can be sure each course can be finished. Checkpoint flags are spread along every track, so a crash near the end never sends you all the way back to the start.
Flips, stars and a ghost to beat
Do a full backflip or frontflip in the air and you knock one second off your time. Two flips in a single jump save two seconds. The best players flip off every ramp, but a flip that does not finish in time means landing on your head, so you have to judge your height. At the end of the level you see your time, your flip bonus and your stars. Three stars need a really fast run; two stars are for a good run; just finishing gets you one star.
Your best run on every level is saved as a ghost: a faint see-through bike that rides alongside you next time. Racing your own ghost is the quickest way to learn where you lost time. Stars also unlock seven different bike colours, from the Red Rocket to the Gold Legend.
Tips for faster runs
Keep the gas held down on ramps: speed is what carries you over gaps. Before a big jump, line the bike up so it is level as it leaves the lip. In the air, lean so the wheels match the slope of the ground you are about to land on. A landing on a downhill slope with both wheels at once keeps all your speed, while a landing on the back wheel on flat ground slows you down.
For moving obstacles, slow down early and watch the pattern before you go. Wrecking balls leave a gap when they swing high to one side. Spinning bars are safe to ride across when they are almost flat. Collapsing bridges drop a moment after you touch them, so never stop on one. Moving platforms carry you across a pit, but only if you wait for them to reach the far side. If you get stuck, press R to jump back to the last checkpoint.
Play on computers, Chromebooks, tablets and phones
Moto Xtreme Stunts runs in any modern browser with no download, no account and no plugin. On a computer or Chromebook you play with the arrow keys or WASD. On a tablet or phone, round touch buttons appear on the screen: lean buttons on the left and brake and gas on the right. Your stars, best times, unlocked bikes and ghosts are saved only in your own browser. For more information see our Parents & Safety page.
