How to play

  • Pick a bike and a level, then press Ride! Level 1 and the Stunt 250 are ready straight away.
  • Hold W or the up arrow (GAS) for throttle. S or the down arrow brakes. A and D (or the arrows) steer.
  • Hit the orange ramps at speed to clear the gaps. The landing ramps are sized to catch you.
  • In the air, press Space (🔄) for a backflip or S for a front flip. Each clean flip takes 1 second off.
  • Land on both wheels. Fall off or land upside down and you go back to the last green checkpoint.
  • Wait for the barrier arms to lift before you ride under them. Blue boost pads give a burst of speed.

Stunt tracks in the sky

Sky Bike Stunts 3D is a free motorbike stunt game where the race track floats high above the clouds. There is no ground under the road, only a sea of white clouds far below and floating rocky islands drifting in the sky. You ride along the narrow track, launch off ramps, fly over gaps, drop down to lower decks and race to the chequered finish arch. Fast times, big flips and clean landings earn the stars.

Everything is in real 3D. You can see the track twist away into the distance, your shadow on the landing ramp as you fly towards it, and the clouds rushing past underneath. Every level is a new course, and the stunts get bigger as you go.

Ramps, gaps and drops

Orange striped ramps launch you into the air over gaps in the track. Blue landing ramps slope down on the other side to catch you smoothly. Every jump is built so that a bike going at racing speed clears it, so the main thing is to hit the ramp straight and fast. Drops are steps down to a lower part of the track: you fly off the end and land on the ramp below. Some levels climb up slopes, so keep the throttle open to keep your speed.

Flips and time bonuses

In the air you can flip. Press Space or the 🔄 button to spin backwards, or press the brake for a front flip. Keep holding to keep spinning, and let go to level out. Every clean flip takes one whole second off your time, and a double flip takes off two. But you must land on both wheels. Come down upside down or at a steep angle and you crash, and you are sent back to the last checkpoint. The bigger the jump, the more time you have to flip.

Moving bridges and barrier arms

Later levels add more challenges. Moving bridges slide from side to side, so you have to steer to stay on them. Barrier arms stand at the side of the track with a red light: the striped arm drops across the road and lifts again, and the light turns green when it is up. Time your run so you pass under it when it is up, or you get knocked off. Blue boost pads give a burst of extra speed for the next jump.

Checkpoints

Green checkpoint arches are spread along the longer levels. When you pass one, it becomes your restart point. If you fall off the track, you are put back at the last checkpoint, and the clock keeps running. You can also press R at any time to jump back to the checkpoint.

Three worlds

Sky City has blue skies, grey roads and green floating islands. Sunset Canyon glows orange, with red rock islands and purple landing ramps. Neon Night is the darkest and hardest world, with glowing lights along the track edges, boost pads and barrier arms. There are four levels in each world, from First Jump to the Grand Finale, and each level unlocks when you finish the one before.

Stars and bikes

Each level has three time goals. Your time is your riding time minus the bonus seconds from flips and stars, so flipping is the key to the best scores. Stars unlock faster bikes that also flip quicker: the Stunt 250 to start, the Sky Racer at 8 stars, the Neon X at 18 and the Thunder 1000 at 28.

Tips

Keep the bike pointing straight down the track before every ramp. Start a flip as soon as you leave the ramp, and let go early so the bike has time to level out. On the turns you can stay on the gas, but steer smoothly. If a barrier arm is down, ease off a little rather than stopping, so you reach it just as it lifts.
