The real 4-token race, with real capture rules
Ludo Race plays the classic dice race exactly as it's meant to be played: 4 tokens per color start waiting in your yard, and only a roll of 6 lets one out onto the shared 52-square track. From there, every token races around the board and up its own colored home stretch, needing an exact roll to reach the center. Land on a single opposing token anywhere on the open track (except the 4 safe start squares) and it gets sent straight back to its own yard, while two of your own tokens sharing a square form a block nothing can capture.
Rolling a 6, capturing a token, or getting a token all the way home each earn you an extra roll, and three 6s in a row forfeits the rest of your turn, the same rules used across real Ludo boards. Play against 3 AI opponents that fill every other color, or switch to 2 Player mode to share the board with a friend while 2 AI colors keep the race full.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get a token out of my yard?
Roll a 6. Any turn you roll a 6, you may move a waiting token out onto your start square instead of moving a token already on the board, and rolling a 6 also gives you an extra roll afterward.
How does capturing work?
Landing exactly on a square with a single opposing token sends it straight back to that player's yard. Landing on one of the 4 colored start squares never captures, they're always safe, and two of your own tokens stacked on the same square form a block that can't be captured either.
Do I need an exact roll to finish?
Yes. A token only reaches home with a roll that lands exactly on the final square of its home stretch, a roll that would overshoot doesn't move that token.
Is Ludo Race free with no account needed?
Yes. It's completely free with no download and no account, and your win record saves only in your own browser.
