Real Kalah rules, not a simplified version
Mancala Stones plays the standard 2-row, 6-pit Kalah ruleset used across most physical mancala boards: 4 stones per pit to start, sowing counter-clockwise around the whole board including your own store (but skipping your opponent's), a free extra turn whenever your last stone lands in your own store, and a capture whenever it lands in an empty pit on your own side, sweeping that stone plus everything in the pit directly opposite into your store.
The AI plays a genuine strategy, not just legal-but-random moves. Medium prioritizes any move that lands a capture or earns an extra turn. Hard looks several moves ahead with a full minimax search, weighing captured stones, extra turns, and board position together rather than grabbing the first capture it sees, the same way a strong human player reads a few moves ahead before committing.

Frequently asked questions
What are the rules of Mancala Stones?
Each pit starts with 4 stones. Click one of your own pits to pick up all its stones and sow them one by one counter-clockwise, including your own store but skipping your opponent's store. Land your last stone in your own store for a free extra turn, or in an empty pit on your own side to capture that stone plus everything in the opposite pit.
How does the game end?
When one side's 6 pits are all empty, the other player keeps every stone still on their side, added to their store. Whoever has more stones in their store wins.
