Storm Rally Circuit
Race a rain-soaked circuit where lightning flashes and the wet road steals your grip.
How to play
- Steer left/right with the arrow keys, A/D, the on-screen buttons, or by dragging on the road.
- The wet road cuts your grip, so turns slide much further than usual. Steer early.
- Squeeze past cars closely for near-miss bonuses, and hold a slide through a turn to drift for a climbing multiplier.
- Grab glowing boost pickups for a burst of speed and bonus points. A crash costs a heart and resets your multiplier.

Same physics, a much slicker road
Storm Rally Circuit runs the exact same drift engine as the rest of AnonArcade's arcade racer lineup: steering sets a target lateral velocity, and the car's real velocity chases it at a rate controlled by a single grip value. Everywhere else in the series that value is tuned for a responsive, controllable feel. Here it's cut by more than half, so the gap between where you're steering and where the car is actually going stays open much longer, and a turn taken at speed becomes a real, lingering slide that you have to actively catch, not just tap the wheel and go.
That's a deliberate difficulty choice, and it's the only one: traffic shows up at exactly the same rate as the baseline Neon Circuit Rush, so there's no cheap "more obstacles" trick propping up the challenge, it's genuinely the handling that makes this one harder. Rain streaks scroll across the screen and the sky occasionally lights up with a full lightning flash and a rumble of synthesized thunder, both purely atmospheric and with no effect on your grip. The scoring works the same as every other racer here: distance times a multiplier that climbs on near-misses and sustained drifts and resets on a crash, three hearts per run, and your best score saves in your own browser.
If the slide feels like too much, dial it back with the responsive baseline handling in Neon Circuit Rush, or the even more forgiving Retro Rally Classic. For a faster, narrower ride with its own handling quirks, try the leaning motorcycle in Moto Blitz Arcade.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the car slide so much in Storm Rally Circuit?
The wet road gives the car much lower grip than the other arcade racers, so its real velocity takes a lot longer to catch up to wherever you're steering. That lag is what makes a turn feel like a genuine slide instead of a quick direction change.
Does traffic spawn faster to make this one harder?
No. Traffic spawns at the same rate as the baseline Neon Circuit Rush. The difficulty here comes entirely from the lower grip, not from more cars.
What do the lightning flashes do?
They're a visual and audio effect only, a bright flash with a synthesized thunder rumble that doesn't change your car's handling or cost you anything.
How does the score multiplier work?
Threading a close gap next to traffic counts as a near miss and raises your multiplier, and holding a drift through a turn raises it too, which happens often here given the low grip. A crash resets it back to 1.
Is Storm Rally Circuit free with no account needed?
Yes. It's free with no download and no account, and your best score saves only in your own browser.
