A comparing-numbers game that takes equal to seriously
Compare It! is a free greater than, less than, and equal to game built for real speed practice. Two numbers appear, each plotted on a number line so their relative position is something you can see, and you have to call the correct relation, less than, greater than, or equal to, before the timer runs out. Most comparing games barely test the equal case since it's easy to generate two different numbers by accident. Compare It! deliberately builds a real fraction of rounds as genuine ties, more often in the later tiers, so equal to is a real answer to watch for, not an afterthought.
There's real timer pressure, calling a comparison correctly before it runs out earns points and builds a streak, but missing never ends the session. A wrong call or a timeout just resets the streak and shows the correct answer, then moves straight to the next pair. Six tiers scale from comparing numbers within 10 with plenty of time, up through a full within-100 range, a speed round, and a championship tier with less time and more ties to watch for.
Every correct call earns points, and collecting enough unlocks a new arena, from the starting Sandlot through Local Gym, City Arena, Pro Stadium, and the Championship Dome. It's free, works with a mouse, touchscreen, or keyboard, needs no download or account, and saves your points and best streaks locally in your own browser. Frequently asked questions
How do I play Compare It!?
Look at the two numbers plotted on the line, then click whether the first is less than, equal to, or greater than the second before the timer runs out.
What happens if I call it wrong or run out of time?
Your streak resets and the correct answer is shown, but the session keeps going. There's no life lost and no game over.
Does the equal to case actually come up?
Yes. A real fraction of rounds deliberately show two equal numbers, more often in the later tiers, so equal to isn't just a rarely-used third button.
How do I unlock new arenas?
Every correct call earns points. Collecting enough points unlocks a new arena permanently, from the starting Sandlot up to the Championship Dome.
