Word problems that actually vary in real character and story detail
Word Problem Wizard is a free word problems game built around short, illustrated stories instead of flat number sentences. A character with real named friends, a bag of stickers, marbles, cookies, or another everyday item, and a simple situation, giving some away, sharing them out, or counting groups, sets up the problem, and picking the correct multiple-choice answer continues the story to its next chapter.
There's no penalty for guessing wrong. A missed pick just asks you to look again at the same story, with no lost streak. Six tiers cover the core operations one at a time: addition stories, then subtraction stories, then multiplication framed as counting equal groups, then division framed as sharing items equally among friends, before a mixed tier and a two-step championship that combines two operations in one story.
Every solved story earns a page, and collecting enough pages unlocks a new storybook world, from the starting Story Meadow through Enchanted Forest, Candy Kingdom, Mountain Peak Tales, and the Starlight Library. It's free, works with a mouse, touchscreen, or keyboard, needs no download or account, and saves your pages and best streaks locally in your own browser.
