🏝️ Cube Hop Isles

Hop across an isometric cube grid and light every tile before time runs out.

A genuine isometric look, built without a 3D engine

Cube Hop Isles is a pseudo-3D isometric tile-hop game in the classic mold: every tile is drawn as a real 3-faced cube (a lit top face plus two shaded side faces), projected onto a diamond grid, so the whole isle reads as a proper 3D structure rather than a flat board, no 3D engine required. Hop from cube to cube, and each one you land on lights up permanently, until the whole isle is lit.

3 isles grow the grid from a gentle 5x5 warmup to a tense 7x7 with two patrol enemies wandering the cubes, each hunting you down on their own random path. Getting caught, or letting the clock run out, resets the isle instantly, no cumulative lives lost, just try again with what you learned about the layout.

Works with keyboard (arrow keys or WASD) or the on-screen D-pad on touch devices, no download or account needed. For a more traditional side-scrolling challenge, try Pixel Platform Quest, or browse the rest of the lineup on the Platformer Games hub.

Frequently asked questions

How do I move in Cube Hop Isles?

Use the arrow keys, WASD, or the on-screen D-pad to hop one cube at a time in the four diagonal isometric directions.

How do I win a level?

Hop onto every cube on the grid at least once to light it up before the timer runs out. A cube stays lit once you've stepped on it, even if you move away.

The level resets instantly and you start that isle again from the beginning, no lives lost overall.

Is Cube Hop Isles free with no account needed?

Yes. It's free with no download and no account, and your unlocked isles and best clear times save only in your own browser.
