ð Wheelie Master 3D
One wheel, one balance meter: how far can you ride?
How to play
- Pick a bike and a road, then press Ride! The Pit Bike 125 is ready straight away.
- Hold W, the up arrow or Space (GAS on a touchscreen) to lift the front wheel.
- Let go of the gas to bring the front down. Tap S or the down arrow to drop it fast.
- Keep the BALANCE needle in the green. Too far left and the front lands; too far right and you loop out.
- Press A and D to stay in your lane. The road gets faster and wobblier the further you go.
- Your score is how far you ride on the back wheel. Beat the distance goals for stars.
The art of the wheelie
Wheelie Master 3D is a free wheelie game that you play in your browser. Your motorbike rolls along a long, straight road. Hold the gas and the front wheel lifts into the air. Now the hard part: keep it there. Give it too little gas and the front wheel comes down and the run is over. Give it too much and the bike tips right over backwards and you loop out. The secret is to feather the gas, a little on, a little off, and ride as far as you can on one wheel.
The game is in real 3D, and the side camera shows your bike standing up on its back wheel with the rider leaning back. Distance boards count every 100 metres as you pass them, and on Easy Street people stand on the pavement to watch you ride by.
The balance meter
At the bottom of the screen is the BALANCE meter. The white needle shows how high the front wheel is. In the middle is the green zone, the perfect wheelie. To the left is too low: if the needle reaches the red on the left, the front wheel lands. To the right is too high: if it reaches the red on the right, you loop out. The text at the top helps too: More gas, Perfect balance or Too high, ease off. Stay in the green and the Perfect balance timer counts up.
Gas and brake
The gas lifts the front wheel. The higher the wheel goes, the less gas it takes to keep it there, because the bike is closer to balancing on its own. Let go and the front starts to come down slowly. If you are going too high, tap the brake: it brings the front down fast. On a keyboard, tap the gas key quickly rather than holding it all the time, and you will find the balance.
Four roads
Easy Street is a calm town road with houses, pavements and people watching, the best place to learn. Fast Highway is quicker and has wind gusts that push your wheelie up or down. Bumpy Road crosses the desert at sunset, with striped speed bumps that kick your balance as you ride over them. Night Ride is a dark road lit by street lamps and your headlight, with a light wobble. On every road, the speed creeps up and the wobble grows the further you go, so long wheelies get harder and harder.
Four bikes
Each bike balances in its own way. The Pit Bike 125 is small and easy, the perfect starter. The Stunt 450 unlocks at 3 stars and lifts a little faster. The Big Cruiser unlocks at 6 stars: it is heavy and slow to lift, which makes it steady. The Superbike R unlocks at 9 stars and is fast and twitchy, for real wheelie masters.
Stars and records
Each road has three distance goals, from 100 metres up to 700 metres. Reach them to earn stars. Your longest wheelie on each road is saved, and so is your longest wheelie of all and the total distance you have ridden on one wheel. When the run ends, a tip tells you whether you had too little gas or too much.
Tips
Start gently: hold the gas until the needle reaches the green, then let go and press again in short taps. Watch the needle, not the bike. If the needle is moving fast towards the right, let go early. On Fast Highway, be ready for the gusts. On Bumpy Road, watch for the speed bumps ahead and get into the middle of the green before you reach them.
Play anywhere
Wheelie Master 3D runs in any modern browser on computers, Chromebooks, tablets and phones, with no download and no account. Use the keyboard, or hold the GAS button on a touchscreen. Your stars and records are saved only in your own browser. A loop-out is a cartoon tumble with no injuries. See the Parents & Safety page for more.

Frequently asked questions
Is Wheelie Master 3D free?
Yes. It is a free 3D wheelie game that runs in your web browser with no download, account or plugin.
How do I keep the wheelie going?
Watch the BALANCE meter and keep the needle in the green. Tap the gas to lift the front and let go to lower it. Tap the brake if it goes too high.
Why did my run end?
Either the front wheel came down (not enough gas) or the bike tipped over backwards and looped out (too much gas).
Why does it get harder?
The bike speeds up and the wobble grows the further you ride, so every long wheelie becomes a real test of balance.
How do I unlock new bikes?
Reach the distance goals on each road for stars. The Stunt 450 unlocks at 3 stars, the Big Cruiser at 6 and the Superbike R at 9.
Is it like Wheelie Life?
It is the same kind of balance game, in 3D, with four roads, wind gusts, speed bumps and four bikes. We also have a 2D version called Wheelie Life.
Does it work on phones and Chromebooks?
Yes. Use the keyboard on computers and Chromebooks, or hold the GAS button on phones and tablets.
