How to play
- Hold Drive (or the ⬆️/W key) to move, Reverse (⬇️/S) to back up.
- Left / Right (⬅️➡️ or A/D) steer.
- As the runner: keep your distance from the cop car. The heat meter fills when it's close, drains when you're clear. Survive the clock.
- As the cop: catch up to the runner and bump into them before time runs out.
- Some missions have roadblocks. Steer around them, they don't move.

Precinct Pursuit is a cartoon cops-and-robbers driving chase, and the whole game is built around dual roles rather than the single fixed perspective most cop chase games use. As the runner, an AI police car chases you around the city grid, and a heat meter fills the closer it gets and drains once you put real distance between you, so the goal is pure evasion and positioning, not combat. As the cop, the roles flip: you're chasing an AI runner, and the win condition is simply closing the gap enough to bump them before the clock runs out.
Six missions alternate between the two roles, and later ones add roadblocks scattered around the grid, obstacles both cars have to steer around, which the human player can use to break a pursuer's line of approach or, playing the cop, has to route around without losing ground. There are no weapons anywhere in the game: no shooting, no ramming for damage, just driving skill and positioning, kid-safe framing that most competitor games in this genre skip.
