🚀 Color by Number: Space Explorers

Fill in the numbers to launch a rocket past a ringed planet and stars.

A real color by number game, not just a picture to look at

Color by Number: Space Explorers is a true numbered coloring game: every region of the scene, the night sky, four twinkling stars, a ringed planet, and a rocket with fins and a window, carries a number that matches exactly one color in the palette. Pick a color, then click every region that shares its number, and the picture builds up correctly every time, no matter what order you fill it in. It's the same idea as a printed color by number page, but digital, undoable, and impossible to mess up permanently.

The scene has nine numbered colors and thirteen regions, sized for kids working on number recognition as much as coloring: matching a number to a swatch is good early-math practice, and the built-in Hint button (which flashes every remaining region for the color you have selected) means nobody gets stuck. Once the picture is complete, use the Print button to print it out on paper, or Save Image to download a PNG copy, so a page finished on screen can still end up on the fridge.

Progress saves automatically to your own browser, so a half-finished space scene is still there if you come back later. Browse more numbered and free-draw coloring pages on the Coloring Games hub.

Frequently asked questions

How does color by number work in this game?

Pick a numbered color from the palette at the bottom, then click every region on the picture marked with that same number. Each region only accepts its matching number, so the picture always comes out right.

Can I print my finished coloring page?

Yes. Once you finish, or any time while coloring, use the Print button to print the current picture, or the Save Image button to download a PNG copy to your device.

Does my progress save if I close the page?

Yes. Your coloring is saved automatically to your own browser as you go, so it's still there if you come back later on the same device.

Do I need an account or downloads to play?

No. It's free, works instantly in your browser on a computer, tablet, or phone, and never asks for an account.
