โš™๏ธ Chain Reaction Lab

Place ramps, levers, and fans to guide the ball all the way into the goal.

๐Ÿงช Chamber 1/3

A Rube-Goldberg puzzle with real physics underneath

Chain Reaction Lab is a build-your-own-solution physics puzzle: each of its three chambers has a fixed ball start, goal zone, and wall layout that you can't change, and the whole game is figuring out which tools to place, and where, to actually get the ball from start to goal. Ramps and levers are static angled surfaces that redirect the ball on contact; fans push the ball while it's inside their breeze, strong enough to lift it clear over an obstacle if aimed right. Every chamber genuinely needs at least one placed tool, the ball never finds its own way to the goal on a bare board.

Because it runs on a real physics engine rather than scripted outcomes, a solution isn't a single fixed answer, small changes in a ramp's angle or a fan's position can be the difference between the ball landing just short of the goal and sailing cleanly into it. Tap Launch Ball as many times as you like to test and adjust, and rotate or delete any placed tool to try a different approach.

Frequently asked questions

What tools can I place in Chain Reaction Lab?

Three tools: Ramp and Lever (both static angled surfaces that redirect the ball on contact), and Fan (pushes the ball while it's inside the fan's breeze).

Can I change a chamber's fixed geometry?

No, each chamber has a fixed ball start, goal zone, and wall layout that can't be edited. You solve it by adding your own tools around that fixed layout.

How many chambers are there?

Three hand-built chambers, each genuinely requiring at least one placed tool to solve; the ball never reaches the goal on its own.

Can I rotate or delete a placed tool?

Yes. Select a placed tool to bring up small rotate and delete controls.
