How to play
- Choose to play the computer (easy, normal or champion) or a friend on the same keyboard.
- Player 1 moves with W A S D and swings with F. Player 2 moves with the arrow keys and swings with L. On a phone, use the on-screen pad and the 🛏️ button.
- Tap the swing button for a quick whack. Hold it to wind up a mega swing: the longer you hold, the harder it hits, but you walk more slowly while winding up.
- Every hit pushes the other dummy back and makes it dizzy. A mega swing, or too many hits in a row, makes it go floppy for a moment.
- Knock your opponent off the mattress into the ball pit for a ring-out. Stay away from the edge yourself!
- First to three ring-outs wins the match.
The softest fighting game there is
Ragdoll Pillow Duel is a free 3D pillow fight between two wobbly cartoon dummies. They stand on a big round mattress raised above a ball pit full of red, yellow, green, blue and pink balls, each clutching a huge fluffy pillow, while a crowd cheers from the bleachers. The goal is simple: whomp the other dummy until it tumbles off the edge into the balls.
Both fighters are ragdolls: their arms, legs and heads wobble with every step and every hit, and a really big whomp sends a dummy completely floppy for a moment, arms flailing and feathers flying everywhere. Nobody gets hurt, because it's only pillows.
Tap, wind up and whomp
A quick tap of the swing button gives a fast little whack that pushes your opponent back a step. Hold the button and your dummy raises its pillow high over its shoulder, winding up a mega swing: the longer you hold, the harder it hits, but you move more slowly while you're winding up, so time it well. Every hit also makes the other dummy dizzy, and a dizzy dummy that gets hit again goes floppy.
The mattress is round, so position matters. Try to get between your opponent and the middle, push them towards the edge, and finish them with a mega whomp. Stay away from the edge yourself, because a push from behind will send you into the ball pit.
Play the computer or a friend
Against the computer there are three levels. The easy opponent is sleepy and slow, the normal one fights fair, and the champion is quick, sneaky and likes to side-step your swings. Beat each level for a star, and win without losing a single round for a second star. Stars unlock new fighter colours: candy pink and purple, jungle green and orange, and space blue.
With a friend, share the keyboard: one player uses W A S D and F, the other the arrow keys and L. It's perfect for a quick, silly match between siblings or friends.
Totally kid-friendly
There's no violence here, just soft pillows, flying feathers and dummies bouncing into a ball pit. It's a fun way to practise timing and positioning, and to play together. There are no ads inside the game, no chat and no sign-up.
