A whole ski resort, free in your browser

Ski Resort Mountain 3D is a free open-world skiing game. Instead of one race course, you get a whole mountain: Mount Aurora, with a village at the bottom, three chairlifts, seven marked runs from easy greens to an expert black, wide open powder between them, other skiers carving down, and secrets hidden all over the place. Ski wherever you like, ride the lifts, race the clock, or just enjoy the view from the top.

It is the closest thing to a real ski day you can have in a browser, and you can pick skis or a snowboard, a sunny day or falling snow.

Three chairlifts

The Village Express takes you from the village up to the Mid Station. From there the Glacier Chair climbs to the summit, and the Sunny Chair goes to Sunny Peak. To ride a lift, ski into the orange line at the bottom station, and a chair scoops you up. The ride is sped up so you are not waiting long, and Space skips ahead. At the top, you slide off and pick your run.

Seven runs

Runs are marked like a real resort. Green runs, Meadow Run and Sunset Cruiser, are gentle and wide. Blue runs, Pine Valley and Glacier Way, are steeper; Pine Valley has a fun park with side kickers. Red runs, Eagle Ridge and Sunny Side, are long and fast. The Wall is the black run: steep, short and scary. Every run has a START arch near the top and a FINISH arch near the bottom. Ski through the start and the clock begins: beat the target times for bronze, silver or gold.

Golden snowflakes

Golden snowflakes are hidden all over Mount Aurora: beside the runs, in the trees, under the lifts and in places you only find if you go exploring. Collect them for your Resort Pass. Finding them all takes a lot of skiing and a good eye.

The trail map

Press M (or the map button) to open the trail map. It shows every lift and run. Tap a station you have already reached to jump straight there, or tap a run and an arrow guides you to it. It is the easiest way to plan your day.

Your Resort Pass

Everything you do is saved in your Resort Pass: the lifts you have ridden, the runs you have skied, your medals and your snowflakes. They earn resort stars, which unlock new looks: a Retro Skier outfit and a Golden Boarder.

Skiing tips

Off the groomed runs the snow is deep powder: it is slower, so keep your speed up. When you are going slowly on flat ground, hold W to skate. Use the trail map to find runs that suit your level, and try the greens first. For gold medals, tuck on the straights and carve clean turns instead of skidding.

Why an open world ski game?

Most ski games are a single run. Real skiing is a whole day on a mountain: choosing a lift, deciding where to go next, finding your favourite run, spotting a hidden path through the trees. Ski Resort Mountain 3D is built around that feeling. There is no wrong way to play: race for medals, hunt snowflakes, or simply carve big turns down a sunny mountain.

Play anywhere

Ski Resort Mountain 3D runs in any modern browser on computers, Chromebooks and tablets, with no download and no account. On touch screens, buttons replace the keys. Your Resort Pass is saved only in your own browser, and there is nothing to buy. See the Parents & Safety page for more.
