A day in the life of a cat

Cat Sim 3D is a free cat simulator where you are Lio, a sleek black tomcat with big yellow eyes and a whole cosy home to explore. Wake him up in his basket in the living room, stretch, and set off. There's a big blue sofa, a bookshelf full of colourful books, a kitchen with shiny counters and a humming fridge, a bedroom with a soft bed, a dresser and a very tall wardrobe, and, through the little cat flap, a garden full of flowers, butterflies and birds.

Like a real cat, he can jump more than three times his own height. Hop onto the sofa cushions, then onto the back of the sofa, then up to the top of the bookshelf. Leap onto the kitchen counter and from there to the top of the fridge. Climb the dresser in the bedroom and make the big jump to the top of the wardrobe, the highest spot in the house, where a ball of yarn is waiting.

Knock everything off the table

Every cat knows that things on tables belong on the floor. Mugs, cups, plates, vases, books, jars, bottles, apples, a globe and a lamp are all waiting to be pushed. Walk into them or give them a swipe with your paw and they tumble off the edge. Mugs and vases smash with a crash, apples and yarn roll away across the floor, and every one earns mischief points. Can you knock all of them down in one day?

Ten cat missions

Each day comes with a list of very important cat jobs: eat your breakfast, scratch the scratching post, sit in the cardboard box (if it fits, you sits!), catch the wind-up toy mouse, climb to the top of the wardrobe, chase three butterflies in the garden, meow at the bird on the birdbath, knock five and then fifteen things off, and finally curl up for a nap in the warm sunbeam by the window. Tick them all off to be crowned the most mischievous cat in town.

Six coats to unlock

Play as Lio the black tomcat or a stripy tabby, and unlock a fluffy white snowball cat, a ginger cat, a patchy calico and an elegant Siamese with dark ears and paws by completing missions. Every cat has its own eye colour, twitchy whiskers and a tail that swishes as it walks. You can also choose a sunny morning with a bright sunbeam, or a golden sunset evening.

Cat Sim 3D is gentle, silly fun for animal lovers of all ages. There's no timer and no way to lose: just explore at your own pace, discover hidden spots and make as much mess as you like. It's a great way to practise 3D movement and jumping, and to plan routes up to high places.
