The fastest courier in town
City Bike Courier 3D is a free bicycle game where you work as a bike courier. You pedal round Bay Town with a big orange delivery box on the back of your bike, picking up parcels and taking them to where they need to go. The post office, the flower shop, the bakery, the library and Grandpa's house all need deliveries. Follow the GPS, keep clear of the traffic, and get every parcel there on time.
Bay Town is a whole 3D city, with houses and gardens, office blocks, parks with trees, four-lane roads, crossings and traffic lights. Cars, vans and taxis drive round the streets and stop at the lights. Your rider pedals hard to get going, leans into the corners and tucks down on the long straights.
Pick up and drop off
Every job has two stops. First, ride to the pick-up, marked by a glowing blue circle with a parcel floating above it, and stop inside the circle for a moment to collect the parcel. Then the GPS sends you to the drop-off, marked by an orange circle, and you stop inside that one to deliver it. The panel at the top tells you where you are going, and the minimap shows the route.
The GPS
Blue chevrons are painted on the road along your route, and a panel tells you when to turn left or right and how far away the turn is. If you take a different way, the GPS works out a new route straight away. The route always follows the roads, so you can trust the arrows.
Riding safely
A good courier is fast and safe. If you ride through a red light, it is counted. If you bump into a car or a wall, that is counted too, and a big crash means you fall off your bike and get put back on the road. In Parcel Run and Night Shift, beat the par time with no red lights and no more than two bumps for three stars. Ring your bell with H if you like; it makes a cheerful ding ding.
Four shifts
Free Ride has no jobs and no clock: just explore Bay Town, and press N to switch between day and night. Parcel Run gives you three jobs, each with a pick-up and a drop-off, against a par time. Express is a race against the clock: you start with two minutes, and every parcel you deliver adds a minute more. How many can you deliver before time runs out? Night Shift is a Parcel Run after dark, with lit windows, street lamps and your own bike light.
Four bikes
The Commuter is a sturdy town bike with gears, perfect for learning the streets. The Fixie unlocks at 3 stars: it is a sleek single-speed bike that is quicker off the line. The E-Bike unlocks at 6 stars and has an electric motor that helps you pedal faster. The Road Racer unlocks at 9 stars and is the fastest bike of all, with skinny tyres and drop handlebars.
Cameras and controls
Press C or the camera button to switch between a chase camera behind the bike, a far camera that shows more of the street, and a helmet camera from the rider's seat. Press L for your lights, H for the bell and R to get back onto the nearest road. On a phone or tablet, there are buttons for pedalling, braking and steering.
Tips
Start slowing down before you reach the circle, so you can stop right in the middle of it. Look at the traffic light colour as you come up to a junction. Ride in the right-hand lane, like the cars. In Express, take the shortest way and don't spend too long stopped, because every second counts.
Play anywhere
City Bike Courier 3D runs in any modern browser on computers, Chromebooks, tablets and phones, with no download and no account. Your parcels, stars and miles are saved only in your own browser. Falling off is a cartoon tumble with no injuries, and the game is a gentle way to learn about traffic lights and riding safely. See the Parents & Safety page for more.
